What do you get when you combine 3 toddlers? Well, I can tell you what you don't get- a picture!
While Will was here we decided to try to get a picture of all the Croft grandkids. We tried a professional, but thanks to a very non-compliant Claire, and an impending lunch time for the rest, there were few pictures to choose from. We tried Hubers but as you can see, well, chaos reigns!

Happy Birthday Brian- a week late!!!!

We celebrated Brian's birthday with his family by going up to Huber's. The kids loved picking pumpkins and feeding ducks. Sorry about being late with the birthday posts. I would try to make an excuse but frankly I am to tired! Love you Brian! (on another note, not sure why I don't have a picture of Abby with a pumpkin, just an oversight.)

Our visit with Aunt Rachel and Will

We spent a great few days with Rachel and Will when they came into town. While we tried to get pictures there were just too many kids to keep up with!! However, we did manage to get this one. I love the look on Claire's face!

Why we have not blogged part two.

The kids have enjoyed the clean up process and each earned some money from all their hard work.

Why haven't we blogged for a while?

Well, for those that have not heard there was a small storm (aka Ike) that brought some wind (50 mph sustained, 75 mph gusts according to the weather channel) last Sunday. As a result over 300,000 homes/businesses were without power. Fortunately we got our power back Monday evening. There are still many doing without. Other than a tree down, not much damage for us, but lots of clean up for our city. We still have stop lights that are not on. On the other hand the kids loved using candles and being in the dark. Plus the weather has been great since Ike so we have been outside ALOT!!!

Two reasons to celebrate today!

That's right, we have not only 1, but 2 reasons to celebrate. (well 3 if you count Rachel Bowen's birthday is today as well. Happy Birthday Rachel!)

#1- Abby turns 7 today. Hard to believe (especially since I wasn't sure if we would both survive the toddler years).

#2- Brian and I (and our children) are celebrating our 5 year Anniversary at Auburndale. 5 years ago today Brian preached his first sermon. So, enjoy the following blog posts with pictures of both celebrations!

Abby is 7!!!!!

We are so excited to celebrate Abby's 7th birthday today. God has matured her so much in the past year and we are very proud of the girl she is becoming. Thank you all for celebrating with us! (bring on the pizza!!) ***abby has decided to move the location of our annual pizza trip to Chuck E. Cheese, here's hoping Isabelle doesn't scream the entire time there!(she hates Chuck E.)

5 years at Auburndale.....

It is hard to believe that it has already been 5 years at Auburndale. God has been so good and faithful to us. We are very thankful for our Auburndale family. We were also very touched that they remembered us today and celebrated 5 years with us. Thanks to everybody for making it a special day for us. We love you very much!!
