We interrupt vacation pictures to bring you......

... the start of Samuel's tennis lessons. I can only assume his passion for tennis was renewed after watching Daddy beat Aunt Beth several times over the course of the week. (though Uncle Scott got the best of daddy.) So today he has started with a homeschool group at one of the tennis centers here. Watch out world, here he comes!

Scary Clown (AKA Ronald Mcdonald)

I am not sure any other pictures have highlighted quite so well the differences in our children's personalities. (who would be scared of Ronald McDonald? Apparently Isabelle.)

Pray for Claire's surgery in the morning.

Sweet Claire continues to keep us on our toes. She has decided now to have multiple ear infections. So tomorrow early morning we are having tubes put in her ears. A relatively minor procedure, but she still has to be put under for it. So pray for her, and for us. In the meantime enjoy some pictures of her from vacation.

Beach Buddies (aka Neice and Nephew)

Though Claire hated the beach, Will LOVED the beach. Proving that he is all boy, Rachel spent her time chasing him through the sand.






Kate, though very cute, is VERY mobile! Thus we could only catch of glimpse of her all week. (unless there was a dog nearby, or Abby! She LOVES Abby)

Vacation- The Beach

Vacation- Part 2- Hilton Head, SC

We all got together to celebrate Brian's dad's 60th birthday. We had a great week, with fabulous weather. Our time included walks on the beach, lots of golf and tennis, even more eating, and trips to the playground and light house. We will post more pictures this week of our time!

(We came home to cold, icy weather. I already miss the beach!)

Cheeburger ,Cheeburger

This restaurant will put your picture on the wall if you finish a 1lb burger (or 1/2 lb for the kids). Not surprisingly my husband and son easily accomplished this task. Our meal also included kids meals that came in cars, and straws the can fit through missing teeth. (pictured directly below are all the men who ate their burgers. The women weren't crazy enough to try.)
I realize baby Will is in this picture. He did not eat that much burger though it would have been quite impressive if he had.

Vacation- Part 1- North Carolina

We spent about 5 days in North Carolina visiting the Ferguson Family and the Bowen family. We had a great time! The kids were introduced to the Wii at the Ferguson's. (as were Brian and I!!!!) Then we were treated to dinner out with the Bowen's (no kids!). It was a great time to unwind from our daily lives.

Happy Valentine's Day- Kentucky Style.

Abby wanted to wish everyone a Happy Valentine's Day since we will be gone that day. (and yes she is now missing BOTH of her upper teeth!)
