Pictures from Claire's birthday- finally!

We had fun celebrating at Chuck E Cheese with Grammy and Grandpa. Claire loved riding rides, eating cupcakes, and her new tutu. (and I enjoyed taking pictures with my new camera. Did I mention I got a new camera already? oh I did??? Ok, I'll stop!)

First photo shoot with my new camera-oh yeah, and it snowed here last night.

I was able to take some random pictures of the kids today with my new toy. Most of the pictures were of Claire since it is her birthday and also because she was the most willing participant. (everybody else is already tired of me taking pictures!) Sorry there are so many, I just couldn't choose which ones to post!

New Camera Fun!

I am so excited to be the proud new owner of a Nikon D60 camera. It is FABULOUS!!!!! I have had it less than 24 hours and have already had so much fun with it.

My friend Sarah went with me to buy the new camera so I had to let her have some fun with it too! She tried to capture my excitement!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CLAIRE!

My mom has my camera which has pictures of some birthday stuff on it, so when we get some pictures we will post them. We are so thankful for Claire. She has grown in the past year (though not much!), but more than physically she has developed in many other ways. She is talking ALL the time. She knows what she wants and what she doesn't, she is thinking about the potty-not much success yet! Most of all she loves her family. There are not many people that make her happier than her daddy and brother and sisters. (and Tinkerbell-the dog, not the fairy) Though she has had some health issues, God has protected her, even her health, and given us another wonderful year with our baby. So Happy Birthday Claire. Our family wouldn't be the same without you!


1st birthday

Isabelle's haircut!-no more crying when I brush it!!!!

This one has nothing to do with haircut! Isabelle is doing gymnastics at the same gym as Abby, only in a preschool class. She LOVES it! However, not very graceful yet. (note the coach in the background!)

Another competition down, about 3 more to go!!

Abby's latest results from a meet here in Louisville: Vault-1st, Beam-3rd,
bars 4th, and floor 4th. Third place all around. No videos this time, just an update!

The attack of the twin dolls!

We are pretty sure that Abby's doll (allie) and Isabelle's doll (clara) are up to something. After all, they just sit there staring at us all day and all night.

Claire is currently recovering from strep-throat (thanks to Samuel for sharing!), so while we are recovering check out her newest acrobatic skills. She is jumping from the toy trunk, doing a full twist, and landing on the bean bag. Watch out Abby!
