A Fun Picture With Daddy

Mann Family Reunion '08 (Brian's mom!!)

While we have no pictures of the actual reunion, there were some very memorable moments! Here are my top three:
-Trying to get everybody on the practice putting green for a group picture! (if you don't know, Brian's mom comes from a very large family, so this was no small ordeal.)

-Watching Bill desperately try to protect the putting green from chairs, kids etc. during the whole ordeal!

-(my personal favorite)overhearing a conversation where a lady said "I tell everybody I used to be a Mann."

Claire didnt' want to be left out!

How do you entertain a toddler stuck in a hotel room? Watch and find out! Once it was empty, she started stuffing them back in!

The pacifier theif attacks her cousin again!

"Nice Tyler. Trust me, I'm your cousin. I just want to get to know you better."

"Now, look into my eyes. You're getting sleepy. You can trust me. You WANT me to take the pacifier."

"Here you go, drink some of this. Then you'll never know what happened."

"Ummm, what pacifier? Oh, is that what this is called? I thought it was a sucker."

"Oh alright, I guess I'll put it back!"

Claire acting all grown up!

First "official" day of swimming! (and it was GREAT)

This was really Claire's first official swim. She was so small last year and gets cold so easy that we didn't get her in much. So how did she like it? She LOVED it. As a matter of fact, I only have one picture of her in the pool because the rest of the time she was in with me. I couldn't keep her out, with the exception of her getting really cold in the middle of swimming. We sat out for a few minutes, warmed up, and then she was right back in. Looks like it is going to be a fun summer.

"Hey, where are we going? Why do we have on these silly clothes? Why are you all looking at mommy? Anybody?"

"Hey guys, wait for me! Don't leave me. Come back!!!"

"Oh, so THAT's the pool! Do we get to go in?"

Claire does a little advertising for the drug companies while she anxiously awaits jumping into the pool. (which she did over and over and over!)

For special time today with Abby, she wanted to take some pictures, which led to an impromptu photo shoot outside. We had lots of fun, except Samuel, who did NOT want his picture taken! We have so many cute pictures, it was hard to decide what to put on the blog. Included are a couple that Abby took. Hope your day was as fun as ours!

Happy Birthday Dana Ferguson!!

Since I can't be at your house in person, I thought I would embarrass you from afar! (that's what true friends do right?) Happy Birthday friend. I really am so thankful for you and your friendship!! We love you Ma-Dana.

While we are sick.......

We are currently experiencing another round of sickness in our household. So far I have escaped it, as well as Brian-but he is out of town. So until then enjoy the pictures from prior to Isabelle's surgery.
